We are very pleased to say that thanks to our great band of volunteers, Rattlesden shop is staying open during the current epidemic although we are reducing our opening hours to enable all our shifts to be covered. We will be open every weekday and Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm and Sundays as usual from 9am to 11am. We are working very hard to keep stock on our shelves, sourcing from a wide range of suppliers but we may have to reduce the number of lines we normally carry. Please help us to keep the shop going as a service for all our village by only buying what you need at any one time – there is enough for all to go round if we behave sensibly. Newspapers will be in the shop as normal – please put in an order if you are not normally at home and would like to have a newspaper kept for you.

Along with everyone in the village we hope that these are just short-term measures to keep our service going and we will be back to normal operations in the near future. Thank you for your support.
