Hiring process

The hiring process is simple and straightforward.

Step 1 - Contact the community council

We strongly suggest you check availability as soon as possible by contacting

The current rates are £10.00 per hour for residents and £20.00 per hour for non-residents

Special rates apply for wedding and other large function. Quotes will be provided on enquiry

The Pavilion is unlicensed and the hirer is responsible for organising any temporary event licenses.

Step 2 - Complete the hire agreement

Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions before signing and returning the agreements. A deposit is required to secure a booking.

We strongly suggest all organisers of large functions undertake a risk assessment to identify any possible hazards to the attendees of their function or the community council facilities.

We are very keen to ensure the pavilion and sports facilities continue to meet   the needs of the community and welcome any feedback. We are particularly interested in any maintenance issues you are aware of or suggestions to improve the facilities or the public events the community council runs.
