Main hall

(14.7m x 7m) Large, simple airy room with natural lighting from sash windows, a high ceiling and lacquered wood floor suitable for dancing and marked out for a badminton court. The room is heated by electric wall-mounted heaters (payable by meters accepting £1 coins). Two sets of double doors one of which offers level access suitable for wheelchairs, with entry direct to the forecourt. The small rear garden is for preschool use only at present.

Meeting room

(4.5m x 5.7m) with tables, chairs and a fully fitted kitchen. Hot water boiler. Crockery and cutlery for approximately 100 people. Heated by suspended electric heaters (payable by meter accepting £1 coins).

Hiring of furniture

The following are available for hire from the hall:

• 20 6ft x 2ft fold up tables
• 60 stacking wooden chairs
• 30 red upholstered chairs
• Two ladies’ toilets, with adjacent cloakroom; two men’s toilets and a toilet with disabled access.
• Gently sloping forecourt which can be used as part of an event eg table-top sale or for barbecue cooking.
• Limited temporary storage in separate store / outside shed (lockable)
• No Parking cones to block off forecourt.

The Hall holds a PRS licence and is licensed by Mid Suffolk District Council.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
